The vision behind SevenO2 Main emerged from the recognition of widespread health challenges affecting modern populations. With a growing number of Americans facing physical and mental health issues—from inadequate sleep and poor nutrition to rising anxiety and inactivity—PEG saw an opportunity to respond through the built environment. Leveraging its decades of hospitality and multifamily development expertise, PEG created a residential community centered on wellness, connection, and long-term livability.

Every element of SevenO2 Main reflects this wellness-first philosophy. Inside, thoughtfully curated amenities promote both self-care and social connection. These include a zen garden with hammocks, a hydromassage room, a rooftop amenity deck with 360-degree views, indoor and outdoor fitness centers, sports courts, and a resort-style pool. Additional features such as a 24-hour healthy market, pet spa, bicycle storage, smart-home technology, and rentable guest suites further support resident convenience and lifestyle.

Beyond its wellness-focused design, SevenO2 Main plays a key role in the broader revitalization of its surrounding neighborhood. Located in an area historically characterized by vacant lots and underutilized land, the community anchors a multi-phase redevelopment vision. As part of this effort, PEG led the coordination and funding of a new adjacent TRAX light rail stop, significantly enhancing transit access and positioning the district for future growth. The project has already spurred further investment, with major institutions and developers initiating new residential and commercial developments nearby.
