Robert Schmidt
Managing Director, Development
Robert Schmidt is a Managing Director at PEG Companies and one of the firm’s earliest leadership team members, playing a key role in developing its investment and development strategy. With a background as a licensed Professional Civil Engineer, he brings a technical, solutions-driven approach to real estate development. His expertise spans site design, entitlements, construction management, and contract negotiations, allowing him to align technical precision with strategic execution. Prior to joining PEG, Robert worked with the firm as a civil engineer. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Utah State University.
