Annette Folch brings over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry to her role as Vice President of Multifamily Operations at PEG Property Group. Since joining in 2020, Annette has played a key role in developing and implementing innovative operational strategies, policies, and procedures that have strengthened the multifamily division. Her leadership and expertise in managing multifamily communities and assets have been instrumental in driving PEG’s success.

In her current role, Annette leads multifamily operations, focusing on asset repositioning, property renovations, lease-ups, and building the infrastructure for emerging companies. Her vast experience, gained through working with a wide range of multifamily communities across the country, allows her to adapt her management style to diverse scenarios, ensuring successful outcomes.

Before joining PEG Property Group, Annette held various senior roles in the industry, including Regional Manager, Director of Training, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Property Management Operations. Her extensive background in both site-level and corporate roles has equipped her with the skills to manage complex projects and drive performance in the multifamily sector.
