Blane Thornton

Blane Thornton is a Vice President on the Investment Team at PEG. Since joining PEG in 2022, Blane has played a key role in the asset and portfolio management of the firm’s multifamily and commercial real estate holdings. He is responsible for overseeing financial performance, managing risk exposure, conducting internal valuations, and supporting investor communications for existing assets, all with a focus on driving long-term value and optimizing investor returns.

Blane began his career at a Texas-based brokerage firm, where he specialized in leasing and sales for office and retail assets. His background in brokerage, combined with his expertise in asset management and investor relations, brings a strategic and well-rounded perspective to PEG’s investment platform.
