Brian Bready

Brian Bready is the Vice President of Construction at PEG. With over 40 years of experience, he plays a critical role in managing PEG’s construction operations, ensuring projects transition seamlessly from approval through completion. His leadership has been instrumental in PEG’s continued expansion into large-scale, high-quality developments across multiple sectors.

Throughout his career, Brian has overseen the successful execution of complex, large-scale projects across the United States, including Utah’s Olympic Ski Jumps, new facilities for Kennecott Utah Copper, for-sale condominium developments, large-scale student housing, and market-rate apartment communities. He was also the contractor for PEG’s first Type IIIA apartment project in downtown Salt Lake City. His expertise spans contract administration, quality control, design engineering, project forecasting, and budgeting, ensuring PEG’s developments meet the highest industry standards.

Prior to joining PEG, Brian led major construction initiatives nationwide, refining his ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive efficiency in project execution. His ability to build cohesive teams and foster collaboration has been a cornerstone of his success in the industry.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Science from Boise State University and a Master of Science from Texas A&M University, both in Construction Management. He is a licensed General Contractor in multiple states and serves as an expert witness in construction defect claims and schedule analysis.
