Craig Bingham

Craig Bingham is the Chief Financial Officer and Board Member of PEG. Craig has been involved with PEG for more than 11 years and serves on its investment, asset management and valuation committees.

As the Chief Financial Officer, Craig oversees Accounting, Treasury, FP&A, IT and BI at PEG. In that capacity, Craig manages the finance and accounting team, oversees the firm’s quarterly and annual reporting cycles, supervises external audit and tax processes, manages the preparation and review of fund-level financial models and strategic forecasting and provides oversight of the firm’s IT and BI function. Further, during his time at PEG, Craig has helped overseen approximately $2.0 billion in investments.

Prior to joining PEG, Craig served as an executive consultant and CFO to various clients including private wealth, venture capital-backed startups, and operational companies. During that time, he advised key leaders on financial and legal issues, negotiated contracts, successfully reorganized companies, and navigated market cycles.

Craig received his BS in Business Administration from Utah State University and his MBA from the Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business.
