Debra Spohn

As the President of Residential Property Management at PEG, Debra plays a pivotal role in elevating the firm’s property management services, driving exceptional performance across PEG’s residential portfolio. Debra joined PEG following the 2020 companywide roll-up, where she successfully led the integration of PEG Property Group (formerly VPS) and its then-19 operating assets into the PEG umbrella. Her deep expertise in property management operations, acquired through years of building best-in-class platforms, enables her to seamlessly align with PEG’s growth strategy.

Before joining PEG, Debra was instrumental in expanding a small group of approximately 2,500 multifamily units into a sophisticated portfolio of nearly 35,000 units. Her comprehensive experience includes acquisitions, due diligence, dispositions, investor reporting, property renovations, marketing, and strategic growth.
