Donny Flora

Donny Flora is Vice President of Investments at PEG, responsible for overseeing the execution of the firm’s Extended Stay Conversion (ESC) strategy. Since joining PEG in 2021, he has managed a portfolio of 1,943 extended-stay hospitality units through all stages of conversion to operational multifamily. In this role, Donny leads cross-functional teams in property management, construction, and development to execute investment business plans from acquisition through disposition, ensuring vertical integration and performance aligned with investor objectives.

Under his leadership, the ESC portfolio has undergone strategic repositioning initiatives aimed at enhancing occupancy, stabilizing cash flows, and delivering targeted risk-adjusted returns. His responsibilities span capital planning, construction oversight, operational optimization, and disposition strategy, with a focus on disciplined execution and measurable value creation.

Prior to PEG, Donny built a career in multifamily value-add investments, working with family offices and syndication groups on acquisitions, asset repositioning, and portfolio performance improvement across the United States. His background includes underwriting complex transactions, structuring capital stacks, and executing business plans for assets in markets with diverse economic and demographic drivers.

Donny earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Utah Valley University in 2019
