Eric Olafson is a seasoned entrepreneur whose 25-year career in software and technology has seamlessly intersected with real estate investment. Known for his leadership as the Co-Founder, CEO, and Chairman of Tomax, Eric’s career took a pivotal turn when he retired from Salesforce in 2018 to focus on his passions for technology, real estate, and community service.

Their portfolio spans multifamily, hospitality, industrial, and assisted living facilities.

Along with Jaye, he supports several organizations such as Columbus Serves, Utah Autism Academy, Utah Autism Society, Guadalupe School, and local shelters. Eric also serves as an investor and board member of auticon GmbH, a global company headquartered in Munich that employs individuals on the autistic spectrum for technology-based roles across Europe, Canada, and the United States.
