Jennifer Templeton
Jennifer Templeton is the Vice President of Revenue Strategy at PEG Hospitality Group, where she oversees the revenue streams of Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing. Jennifer joined PEG in 2017 (formerly In-Group Hospitality) as a Regional Sales Manager and was soon promoted to Corporate Director, Sales. Throughout her career at PEG, she has successfully opened and rebranded over 15 hotels, a milestone she considers one of her greatest strengths. In 2025, Jennifer advanced to Vice President of Revenue Strategy.
Over the course of 25 years in the industry, Jennifer has created a diverse background with managing select, extended stay, and full-service/convention hotels, as well as leading area and cluster sales organizations. Jennifer began her career with Marriott in Salt Lake City in operations and eventually shifted to sales where she found her passion. Her enthusiasm for hospitality sales led her to take on the role of Cluster Director of Sales, overseeing multiple hotel openings and a major rebranding project, which brought her into contact with PEG.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Utah and completed Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management through Cornell University. Jennifer has received training in Sales Foundations, Sales Negotiations, Dynamics Selling, and Skilled Prospecting through Marriott Leadership University. Jennifer has also participated in Hyatt’s Hy Power Sales Course and Franchise and Ownership Relations Group Forum.
