Kody Frank

Kody Frank is Vice President of Investments at PEG, where he leads the strategic sourcing and execution of hospitality investments. With an analytical and risk-minded approach, Kody oversees the full investment lifecycle—from initial business planning to asset disposition—ensuring alignment with PEG’s disciplined investment strategy.

Since joining PEG in 2019, Kody has progressed through roles in Financial Planning & Analysis and hospitality investment execution. Today, he oversees deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, capital planning, and renovation strategy across PEG’s hospitality platform. Kody collaborates across PEG’s operations, construction, and development teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and execution on every investment. His cross-functional leadership supports value creation through data-driven decision-making and precise risk management.

Before joining PEG, Kody worked in Prime Brokerage Operations and Equity Derivatives Investments at Goldman Sachs. Raised in a family hospitality business and having worked in a variety of roles at hotels through college, Kody brings an operator’s perspective to every investment. He has overseen or personally underwritten more than $3 billion in hospitality deals and holds a certification in Hotel Industry Analytics from Smith Travel Research (STR).

Kody earned his Bachelor of Science from the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah.
