Since joining PEG in 2021, Trevor has played an integral role in overseeing the development and execution of hospitality projects. His expertise includes residential land development, multifamily, and hospitality assets. His ability to navigate the intricacies of hospitality development ensures PEG’s projects maintain the highest standards of design, functionality, and guest experience.

Trevor’s foundation in architecture and urban planning provides him with a comprehensive understanding of real estate development. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Utah, equipping him with the strategic and technical knowledge to drive successful projects from concept to completion.
