His ability to execute complex projects while adhering to high standards has made him a key figure in PEG’s growth.

Tyler began his career as a commercial real estate loan officer, honing an acute attention to detail and a strong sense of risk management. His subsequent experience working with an office developer known for its design-first focus gave him the opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable household names in tech, finance, and life sciences in Southern California. His background blends design with a meticulous lender’s skillset, allowing him to consistently deliver exceptional projects.

Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics from Brigham Young University Idaho and a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Development from Cornell University.
