A joint-development partnership between PEG Companies and Woodbury Corporation, The Green on Campus Drive is a state-of-the-art student housing community adjacent to Utah Valley University. Currently, under the management of Redstone Residential, the property consists of five buildings that house a total of 1,604 students, the large majority of whom enjoy their own private bedrooms and bathroom. The Green on Campus Drive features leading-edge amenities that set the community apart as an elevated standard of living for the modern-day college student. The development project also included the addition of a convenient new pedestrian tunnel under Campus Drive that connects students safely to campus among other traffic improvements.
