Village on Main Street is a mixed-use multi-family residence project. PEG successfully incorporated both senior independent living and traditional multi-family in this redevelopment of a former JC Penney store. Known for attracting a variety of residents in various phases of life, these in-demand apartment homes come in several floorplans ranging from 750 SF to more than 1,300 SF.
