PEG’s residential acquisition strategy capitalizes on our broad vertical integration to acquire, improve, and enhance the operations of multifamily and build-for-rent assets. We have extensive boots-on-the-ground operating expertise and maintain deep relationships with a network of industry participants that enables us to source, acquire, and manage residential assets. We invest thematically for housing solutions in pursuit of relative value across business plans, asset vintage, and geography with a focus on implementing value-add strategies on assets in markets and locations where we see above average growth potential driven by long-term demographic and economic trends. We also pursue investments in markets oftentimes overlooked by institutional investors and seek to create stable cash flows that provide a current cash yield with potential for asset appreciation.

Kyle Early is the Residential Managing Director at PEG Companies, where he leads residential investment strategies and drives growth for institutional and private
wealth clients. With a strong background in commercial real estate private equity and credit, Kyle brings extensive experience in investment management, structured
finance, and capital formation. Prior to PEG, he held senior roles at Greystar, Vanbarton Group, and CIM Group, overseeing acquisitions, loan originations, and
portfolio management. Kyle holds a BA from Tulane University and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.
